My nutritionist says, "No, wheat!" not even a pickle.

Wheat-eating Payback
I have to admit that not every problem in my life revolves around wheat. I ate some toast and a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches a couple of weeks ago. When the pain started, I figured it was payback for not sticking to my wheat-free diet.
When the pain felt unbearable, I went to the clinic for a check-up. Well, it turns out that I have shingles, a form of chicken pox. This is in no way related to my grilled cheese sandwich relapse. Just goes to show that I shouldn't try and diagnose my own diseases.
On a more pleasant note, I woke up this morning with a delightful surprise. My son, the chef, had made me wheat-free crepes for breakfast. They were yummy. Even Keith said, "I don't like wheat-free food, but this is delicious."

I am very discouraged about my wheat-free diet. My son, the chef, is visiting and he makes me gourmet wheat-free meals, but he's going home next week. Then what?
I've been thinking about starting a wheat-free living newsletter. That's what I really need. Another project.

The Breadman Plus is no longer sitting on the counter. Now it's sitting on the floor, yes, and still in the box. Why? I could give you a list of excuses:
I hate to admit it, but last week I went on a bread-eating spree. And this was after I had purchased the breadmaker.
I've been sick since Monday with pains in my abdomen. After four days of moaning and groaning, Keith took me to the doctor. I had taken some naproxen a couple of hours before and by the time I got to the doctor, I was feeling much better.
"The same thing happens to me when I take my car in to the shop," said the doctor.
- I've been busy working on permissions at the Open Directory
- I've been moving NBCi.com sites out of the main directory so our Robozilla gurus can find where the sites moved after the shut down of NBCi.com's hosting of websites.
- I've been waiting for my husband to install a plug so I can leave the Breadman hooked up all the time, and not have to put it away after every use.
- I've been figuring out the solution to bring world peace and the end of hunger in the free world.
