Spam UGH

I don't get all that much spam these days (between spamcop and hiding my e-mail address).... but I know ISPs must be having problems. *My* local ISP is now bouncing my Yahoo groups messages. I didn't realize that I hadn't gotten a message from the group since July 4 because we've been on vacation, and I still had several hundred messages in my INBOX when I got home.

Error on bounced messages:Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 ... Relaying denied [RCPT_TO]

What exactly does that mean? Group messages were bounced, but messages to the moderator still got through.

I wish I knew a way to set up an e-mail address that will allow my Yahoo mail to get through without being trapped in spam filters or bounced. This is so aggravating. I like to keep a copy of all the groups messages. It makes it so much easier to search for information on my harddrive, rather than doing it on the group.

If I want to have a copy of the NINE HUNDRED messages that have posted in the past month, I will have to download them one at a time... and using dial-up, that is going to TAKE FOREVER!
