I was driving down the road today when I saw a lot of people waving signs at the intersections. At first I thought it was political stuff, promoting a candidate.

As I was making a tricky left turn at a four-lane intersection on the crest of a hill, a woman was waving wildly at me. The motion caught my eye and I could see the sign was about abortion. Forget for a moment the abortion issue, and ask yourself how many people have been killed because of being distracted while they are driving.
