I've been wondering myself where to put my limited time and resources. I can't do everything I'd like or want to do. Sometimes it is either this or that and I wouldn't mind a bit if someone would said, "This is more important than that, so do this first, and if you have time finish up with that."

"...a time to live, a time to die..."
King Solomon

There is never a good time for death; although I don't feel near the hysteria over Grandma's dying as I did when Josiah got hit by the car.  I feel a quiet sadness that she's gone, but that the person who was Grandma left a long time ago.  Even though her mind was fairly sharp the last time I saw her, her eyesight and vigor had left.  Even a few years ago, when she was in her eighties, she was still like a giggling teenager.

"The moment of victory is much too short to live for that and nothing else."
Martina Navratilova

If any other person had said this, I would figure it was just sour grapes, but she would be someone I'd trust on this one.
