Title Index Script

It's been awhile since I have had a peril with the computer.  I like working on my blogs. I really like working on my blogs with Blogger Pro.  It has a new feature whereby I can have titles for the entries.

At first I set up the title field wrong.  I didn't notice that a new field was provided for the title.  So I had to go back and change 30 entries that I'd incorrectly entered.

Then I saw a post about making a title index.  How cool!  That would really be a nice feature.  I couldn't get it to work on a new blog I'm making.  The problem seemed to be that I was using a link in my title, and it was messing up the script that wrote the index.  After hours and hours of not being able to make it work, I gave up on that blog.

So I went to my Writer's Block blog which is a vanilla design.  I posted a few entries.  I added titles to a few others.  Then I added the script to my template.  This time I got the index, but none of the links work.

Sheesh.  I could have hand-coded the titles and index in about a tenth of the time I've spent trying to get this fast way to work.

Aha!

My mistake.  I had forwarded the e-mail to a different e-mail account than the one that I thought I had.  When I checked my e-mail in the other e-mail account, there were all my messages.  None of them were lost after all.

I have many forwarding addresses set up for my domain:

However, recently, I set up one adopt at pamelajoy.com and it is not working.  Usually when I set one up and it doesn't work, the message bounces back.  That's not even happening.  So where are all those messages going?

I don't want to set up a default e-mail where everything that is not set up specifically goes to one address.

Oh, and I should say that I tested the adopt address by sending from my POP account to myself, and it worked.  The ones that are not working are Bcc's that I'm sending from my Hotmail address to a POP account. Why should that make a difference?  Does anyone know?

Why does adopt at pamelajoy.com not work, but graphics at pamelajoy.com does -- from that same Hotmail account?  Really puzzling.
