Hurry up and wait.
The motorhome is packed, and we're all sitting here waiting for the boys, Christian and Jacob, to get out of school for spring break. Then off we go to Florida for nine fun-filled days of ... well, we are going with five adults and four children, four through six years of age without their parents. I'll let you know when I get back if we had fun.
Debby's back home with Christian, and I said, " Hey Christian, give me five, or give me ten."
Christian replies, "I'll give you a thousand." However, after eighty he quit.
"You own me 920..." I remind him as I head back out to the computer to keep from going stir crazy waiting.
I couldn't go to sleep last night, so I stayed up and did laundry. I was washing all my clothes that I wasn't taking on the trip. At least when I get back from Florida, I'll be ready to pack... well... sorta... because I'll have to wash all the clothes I wear in Florida.
This motorhome has all the comforts of home: two televisions, a full-size shower, sink, toilet, a stove and a microwave. A dinette set like the local fast-food restaurant as well as a swivel rocker and a couch. In fact, this rig has more comforts than our first house.
Dad installed a combination television-vcr in the back bedroom of the motorhome.
Heaven forbid that we go on a trip without two tvs.
Well... all the neat stuff I wrote after this disappeared into a *poof* out in cyberspace!
Jacob is here. I guess it's time to sign off for now.

A cold blast of air blew through here on Saturday. Rain slapped against the window and the wind blew a storm window out of Curt's apartment and crashed it onto the steps, almost knocking down the mailbox.
Thursday evening I went with Mom to the meeting. The weather was warmer then. It was the first time I'd been out of the house for ten days.
I've been very sick, coughing, fever, vomiting; I'm sure you don't want to know the yukky details. Then my Dad got sick, too. Amazingly, my Mom didn't get sick, but my nephew and niece did.
Thanks, Marge! for the adoption.
