Our dining room is the gathering place of our home.  Meals are shared daily with family and often times with friends.  We have intimate conversations about our plans for the future and memories of the past.

Our dining room is open to the living room on one side and the kitchen on another.  We can watch the television news, our favorite game show, or a syndicated situation comedy.

Our family plays card games and board games.  We sort the mail and pour over aviation and computer catalogs.  Projects are spread out on the dining table.  We scrapbook and put our photos in albums on the table.
